Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Glenview hills, Glenview hills, KY. David answered our inquiries about a home on and we were so incredibly lucky to be matched with him. He showed us homes on 2 separate occasions and even secured a second look at a home for us last minute (we live in Lexington and so had limited time to come to Louisville). When we did decide on our home, he gave excellent guidance with regards to making an offer and negotiating. He guided us through the contract process easily (he has a legal background as well). He was with us every step of the way buying this home—he was there to meet every inspector, appraiser, pool inspector, etc even when we couldn’t make it from out of town. He was even kind enough to help us get service people in for quotes for work we wanted to schedule in advance for immediately after closing. We plan to be in this home forever, but I would not work with any other realtor if we ever do need to sell this home or buy another. Will be recommending him to anyone we know buying or selling.
